more from the garden
this was my lunch today – green on green salad with more green, and a cheese and dijon toasted sandwich.
the salad had baby kale, rocket and lettuce from the garden, with olives left behind by the last housemate, walnuts, carrots and oil and vinegar. sesame and olive oil!
so tasty, so nourishing and so good to be feeding myself with things i’ve grown. it’s like things are taking a good turn for the better for sure.
