bim came for lunch (it seems i am known to be a reliable provider of wholesome hearty food) and we had leftover pumpkin risotto made into ‘rissoles’ (i would have called them fritters, but then jane walked into the kitchen and exclaimed ‘you’re making rissoles!’ and now the name’ stuck).

served here on a bed of rocket, spring onion and capers, with japanese mayonnaise on top.
