one of my last proper meals for a while… in wonderful company and with lots of discussion about fusion food and whether australia has a national food identity. alongside discussions of other issues of national identitiy currently under crisis.
it’s two types of fish with two types of marinade, a ricey paella and salad. thanks collette and nick for a great night!
