green bean craving

green beans and pumpkin

all i’ve been wanting to eat are green beans lately. this is one variation on the green bean theme.

freshly milked coconut, red curry paste and fulap pumpkin and beans, served on top of rice noodles.

we had a lovely household dinner sitting around the table on the deck, eating and drinking and talking. a wonderful way to spend a wednesday night on a tropical island…
