…means a ‘not much effort’ dinner on a friday night.
the local beef here is good stuff. this is a rocket, bean sprout and agent orange carrots with warm beef on top, and the cornichons added as a last thought.
the night was supposed to be spent watching kids at a hip hop competition, but by the time dinner had been eaten the venue was fulap and sold out, so it was off for a quiet drink instead.
